Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

European Union: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom: 4- 6 business days
United States & Canada: 3-6 business days
Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs procedures, local carriers, weather conditions or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, as displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Marettia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
