At Marettia, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened or worn, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards and personalized items are also non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at marettiaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
